Conclusion

As a Canadian-registered, non-governmental international TCM organization, the Council has never made commercial profit its primary goal. Over the years it has kept building transnational bridges of communication, bringing Chinese wellness culture beyond China's borders, promoting the standardized development of traditional medicine overseas, and helping Chinese medicine take its place in global health governance--making an irreplaceable contribution to Sino-Canadian exchange in Chinese medicine and to medical philanthropy serving overseas Chinese communities.
